This is a HDMI to VGA adapter. It is tested, and known to work with the MiSTer's Direct Video option. It uses the ag6201 chipset. It will allow to output VGA with only your DE10, making it a cheaper option to our more expensive IO board.
We only support the RGBs version of the Direct Video dongle, as we have found YPbPr (component video) to be unsupported on almost every CRT we have tested with.
SETUP
Plug the dongle in to your MiSTer, and modify the following lines of your mister.ini file:

forced_scandoubler=0 ; set to 1 to run scandoubler on VGA output always (depends on core).
ypbpr=1 ; set to 1 for YPbPr on VGA output.
composite_sync=1 ; set to 1 for composite sync on HSync signal of VGA output.
vga_scaler=0 ; set to 1 to connect VGA to scaler output.
